The Case Service API is a type of API that simplifies the management of cases and their related activities in Genetec Clearance™. Using the Case Service API, you can handle all the cases within a single account. You can use this service to create, modify, or delete cases in the system, as long as you have the CaseID.
If you do not know the CaseID, you can use the Search Service API to search for and get the CaseID based on different search criteria.
