To create an integration account and access the information required to authenticate and connect to the APIs, you must use your system's administrator account to download the JSON file that Genetec Clearance™ generates.
Authenticate to Clearance with a Tenant Administrator account.
Go to the User configuration page: Configurations > Integrations.
Scroll down to the Create an integration section and click on the type of integration you would like to add (when in doubt, use the Generic integration).
Enter a name for that new Service integration and click Save.
Once the integration is saved, the Download Configuration button appears.
