Before beginning the certification process for your SDK integration, you must verify the following:
Your SDK agreement is still valid and has not expired.
Your solution listing in the Technology Partner portal (TPP) is up to date.
You have a valid part number for the SDK integration that you are planning to get certified.
You have received the certificate file (
.cert
) from the DAP team, and it is already embedded into your application.Your SDK assistance plan includes at least one certification.
NOTE: If your SDK assistance plan does not include certification, contact DAP@Genetec.com with your request to purchase a certification.
Once you have verified the above criteria with the DAP team, send an email stating your interest in certification to DAPCertification@genetec.com. Be sure to provide all the above information to initiate the process.
The DAP Certification team will contact you to discuss the certification process, its requirements, and the next steps.
