The following issues are resolved in Genetec Mission Control™ Web API 2.12.3.0.

Issue Description
4470149 After restoring a RabbitMQ node connection, multiple Mission Control Web API errors are observed in the Event Viewer for the Incident Manager role.
Workaround: Restart the Incident Manager role.
4416531 After a failover has occurred, the requests for web token take a large amount of time to be executed.
4400539 In Config Tool, moving the Incident Manager role from a primary server to a secondary server displays the following error message: Unable to start web server.
