New certified integration: AI Camera by Hanwha Techwin

We are pleased to announce that the AI Camera solution by Hanwha Techwin has met our rigorous performance criteria and is now certified with the Genetec DAP group.

The Hanwha Techwin AI Camera plugin provides Genetec Security Center (GSC) with improved usability for searching the AI analytics events of Hanwha AI Cameras. Hanwha AI cameras differentiate broad categories such as person, face, vehicle, and license plate. For example, the camera sees a person and immediately detects the color of clothing. It is also intelligent enough to distinguish whether the person is wearing glasses or holding a bag. These attributes are then saved as metadata alongside the captured footage. The Hanwha AI Camera report allows operators to conduct a quick forensic search for specific events or for objects with defined attributes by filtering the recorded metadata.

AI Camera main features:

• Record footage, including metadata corresponding to different types of categories (person, face, vehicle, license plate).

• Search for events according to categories attributes ("Gender" for the "Person" category, "Age" for the "Face" category) using the Hanwha AI Camera report in Security Desk.

• Access the footage when the report is generated.
