New certified integration: GeneDeck by Prime Communication

We are pleased to announce that the GeneDeck solution by Prime Communication has met our rigorous performance criteria and is now certified with the Genetec DAP group.

The GeneDeck integration for Genetec Security Center (GSC) lets operators view the status of, and control Genetec entities using an Elgato Stream Deck. The integration allows an Elgato to interface with Genetec doors, outputs, and custom events.

GeneDeck main features:

  • Interface with your GSC system without having to have a Security Desk client open, and without running in any cabling or installing any new access control hardware.

  • Unlock and view the status of Synergis™ doors (open, closed, locked, unlocked) using hard buttons on an Elgato Stream Deck.

  • Pulse and toggle outputs to control gate operators, overhead doors, and more.

  • Trigger custom events within GSC and use the GeneDeck Control Center with the "Event to Action" configuration to control your Genetec system.
