New certified integration: Lynx by Micro Technology Services

Congratulations Micro Technology Services!

We are pleased to announce that the Lynx solution by Micro Technology Services has met our rigorous performance criteria and is now certified with the Genetec DAP group.

Many gunshot detection systems are on the market, but the challenge for most facilities is receiving timely notifications when a gunshot occurs.

Lynx is capable of displaying pop-ups in various ways. The solution notifies relevant personnel about ongoing events in their organization through the following methods:

• Browser notifications

• Email notifications

• Text messages

• Phone calls

Lynx main features:

• Trigger an alarm in GSC with Lynx keyboard alarms (hotkeys) that displays a camera feed of the location where the duress was activated. Multiple hotkeys can be defined for different events.

• Notify patrolling security officers by transmitting the gunshot detection alarm directly to their radios and give instructions to employees via pop-up notifications on all computers and screens.

• Receive a phone call or get an SMS text message when a known offender triggers a GSC alarm by driving into the area.
